We have had such nice weather lately that I considered starting my tomato seeds this weekend. Thankfully a cold front blew in that has brought me back to my senses. The tomatoes will have to wait until next week.
I am absolutely overloaded with eggs. I made pound cake last night and was able to use 10 duck eggs. I have flour arriving from Carolina Ground tomorrow and will make a quiche once it’s here. That will help with my goal of getting better at pie crusts. In general, I need to learn how to like eggs.
